I worked in the electronics industry for 28 years, primarily specialising in radar systems, but also working for companies such as Panasonic and Sony on TV and video equipment. In 2014, I made the change to the world of health and safety before finally specialising in fire safety in 2020. I have conducted fire risk assessments across a spectrum of commercial, and residential sites including sheltered housing, student accommodation, complex & high-rise buildings, train stations and maintenance depots, offices, warehouses, and hotels.

I can offer a full range of comprehensive fire risk assessments, consultancy, Responsible Person support, retrospective fire strategy, intrusive surveys (Type 2 & Type 4), compartmentation surveys, fire door assessments, compliance support, enforcement advice, fire safety management plans and fire training product creation and delivery.

Additionally, I can offer validation to NSi/BAFE SP205 standard for fire risk assessments and general health and safety matters advice.
