Monty Olding is an IFSM registered Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor with Level 3 qualifications in fire safety auditing and over 25 years’ experience in operational firefighting, incident command and fire safety with Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Since 2020 he has carried out fire risk assessments for Savills, specialising in residential buildings. He has also held fire safety management roles with Hammersmith & Fulham, Circle Housing and Clarion Housing, overseeing fire risk assessments, compliance, and post-works surveying across diverse and complex housing portfolios.

Monty is a qualified teacher and experienced trainer, delivering practical fire warden and evacuation training in schools, offices and residential care settings. He provides fire risk assessment services, fire safety compliance support and staff training, making him very well suited to landlords, care providers and organisations seeking a competent fire safety manager or assessor.
