Neil Fritzsche QFSM. MBA. M.I.Fire.E. M.IFSM

Neil was a fire officer for 37 years’, he carried out many statutory fire safety inspections under fire safety legislation, on behalf of the fire service. A senior manager in the fire service, Neil was the Risk Manager, leading on Legislative Fire Safety, Community Safety, Health & Safety, Risk management, for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service. During his fire service career, Neil managed audits covering Lincolnshire, under fire safety legislation he has initiated prosecutions procedures against people who steadfastly refused to comply. In 2012 Neil was awarded the Queens Fire Service Medal (QFSM) for services to the UK fire service. Since 2013 Neil has been a director of his own company, called N2Enterprses Ltd, which is a fire safety consultancy. Neils is member of the Institution of Fire Engineers by examination (M.I.Fire.E), member of the Institution of Fire Safety Managers (M.IFSM).he also has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), He is also NEBOSH qualified. During his 50-year career, fire safety has been a main element of his focus, he has dealt with all types of premises from fire risk assessments to fire strategies and in a fire consultancy role. Neil qualified at the fire services College Moreton in Marsh in fire safety.
