With hands-on experience in various fire safety projects, I excel at identifying issues and collaborating with building control surveyors, structural engineers, and specialist subcontractors to execute effective solutions. This proactive approach ensures we meet the standards outlined in the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
